These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between InveLIB s.r.o., Company ID 07156073, with its registered office at Zenklova 24/54, Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), and users or partners utilizing its services or technological solutions (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code.
InveLIB s.r.o., a company developing and operating technological, data and digital publishing projects.
A natural or legal person entering into a contractual relationship with the Provider for the delivery of services, software, or technological solutions.
A contractual relationship is established through written agreement, confirmation of an order, commencement of cooperation, or other demonstrable form of mutual consent.
Communication between the parties may occur electronically, in writing, or in person unless otherwise agreed.
Prices for services and technological solutions are agreed individually or defined by a current pricing agreement between the parties.
Invoices are generally payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services and deliverables are provided according to a mutually agreed timeline. If delays occur, the Client will be informed and alternative arrangements may be agreed.
Either party may terminate cooperation in accordance with the contractual agreement or applicable legal provisions.
Projects involving custom development, consulting or technological design are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property rights to developed software, systems or materials remain with the Provider. The Client receives a license for use according to the agreed scope.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and further described in the Privacy Policy.
In case of dispute, the parties will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Prague.
These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of publication. The Provider reserves the right to update them, with notice published on the website.
